Trostani, Selesnya's Voice leads a token-lifegain deck that ramps early, then uses populate and toughness-based life gain to turn every token into more board and more life. The primary plan is to copy the best token each turn while feeding Aetherflux Reservoir and Storm Herd; secondary paths are Halo Fountain's untap-15-creatures win and wide beatdown with Triumph of the Hordes. Rhys the Redeemed is a hidden second commander, doubling tokens, while Doctor Strange and The Wind Crystal double life gain. There is no infinite combo, so wins require a critical mass of tokens and life. Draw engines like Caretaker's Talent and Belladonna Took keep the supply going and make the deck consistent in casual pods.
