Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai Human tribal combat deck helmed by Éowyn, Shieldmaiden. The strategy focuses on curving out low-cost Humans and mana rocks during the opening turns, deploying Éowyn on turn 4 or 5, and triggering her combat ability to flood the battlefield with 2/2 trample, haste Human Knights. Once six Humans are assembled, Éowyn draws an extra card every turn cycle, sustaining momentum alongside monarch engines such as Aragorn, King of Gondor and Faramir, Steward of Gondor. The deck converts its wide board into game-ending combat steps using scaling anthems like Shared Animosity, Door of Destinies, and Beregond of the Guard, or by denying blocks entirely with Taunt from the Rampart and Aragorn. Protection spells like Clever Concealment and Akroma's Will defend the team against mass removal, allowing the deck to close games reliably around turn 7.
