Commander: Sauron, the Lidless Eye

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Rakdos theft-control deck led by Sauron, the Lidless Eye seizes opponent creatures for value, leveraging them for attacks, sacrifice triggers, and recursion. The primary plan is to control the board by stealing key threats each turn, using them as disposable resources before recurring them for persistent advantage. Sauron's enters trigger provides immediate theft, and his activated ability turns the tide by pumping the team and draining all opponents simultaneously. The secondary path relies on recursion engines like Meathook Massacre II and Tarrian's Journal. While threat-heavy, the deck lacks a compact combo finish and is highly dependent on Sauron for both theft and tempo.
