Toss a coin by gwynrose

Format: Commander

Commander: Yusri, Fortune's Flame

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a high-variance Izzet coin-flip strategy helmed by Yusri, Fortune's Flame. The primary game plan revolves around using Yusri's attack trigger to generate massive card advantage and potentially cast spells for free, while accumulating luck counters on Chance Encounter for an alternate win condition. The deck leans heavily on Krark's Thumb and Edgar, King of Figaro to manipulate coin flips, turning randomness into reliability. Beyond the flip theme, the deck packs multiple combo lines, including a Mindslaver lock with Academy Ruins, extra-turn loops via Stitch in Time and Ral Zarek, and explosive mana generation through Seething Song and Dance with Calamity. The commander is a critical draw engine, but the deck's real power lies in its layered, recursive combos that can win out of nowhere.
