Deck overview

This five-color deck is helmed by Ashling, the Limitless, focusing on an explosive Elemental tribal strategy centered on enter-the-battlefield triggers and evoke mechanics. Ashling grants all Elemental permanent spells in hand evoke {4} and produces a hasty token copy whenever a nontoken Elemental is sacrificed. The deck accelerates in the early turns using tribe-specific ramp like Smokebraider and Flamebraider alongside multi-color fixing. Once Ashling resolves on turn 3, the deck begins evoking high-impact Elementals on turn 4 to draw cards with Mulldrifter, ramp with Risen Reef, or remove opposing threats with Foundation Breaker and Shriekmaw. By turn 5, payoffs like Champion of the Path, Rottenmouth Viper, and Maelstrom Wanderer create massive damage spikes. Even without infinite combos, mass recursion from Haunting Voyage and graveyard plays via Horde of Notions ensure long-term resilience and a decisive finish by turn 7.
