Commander: Susan Foreman and The Second Doctor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Bant big-mana deck built around the Doctor's companion pairing of Susan Foreman and The Second Doctor. No hidden commander exists; the engine is the pairing plus artifact ramp. Susan is, in practice, a one-mana ramp dork: her planeswalker clause is irrelevant in normal Commander, but her tap ability plus the companion rule guarantees a fast start. The Second Doctor supplies the no-maximum-hand-size effect and a modal end-step draw/pillow-fort trigger. The primary plan is to accelerate into high-cost threats-Apex Devastator, the Kozileks, Emrakul, Elesh Norn-and finish with Finale of Devastation or Kamahl, Heart of Krosa. Secondary paths use Aminatou's Augury and One with the Multiverse to chain free spells. There is no infinite combo; the deck wins through overwhelming board presence and enormous mana.
