Spirits by gungho

Format: Commander

Commander: King of the Oathbreakers

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a King of the Oathbreakers Orzhov Spirit tribal deck built around generating a wide army of flying spirit tokens and pumping them with anthem effects. The commander provides resilience by phasing out when targeted and creates a token each time a spirit phases in, making him a repeatable source of value. The primary game plan is to establish a token engine (Lingering Souls, Spectral Procession, Clarion Spirit, Thalisse, Reverent Medium), deploy anthem permanents (Intangible Virtue, Ethereal Absolution, Vanquisher's Banner), then overwhelm opponents with evasive combat damage. The deck includes strong protection against removal (Selfless Spirit, Guardian of Faith, Divine Resilience) and some mass disruption (Toxic Deluge, Crippling Fear). There are no infinite combos; victory comes through incremental combat advantage.
