Format: Commander

Commander: The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-green Squirrel tribal deck wins by building a wide board of Squirrels and pumping it for lethal combat. The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl drives the plan: she makes a Squirrel on entry and attack and can double your Squirrels for {1}{G}{G}{G}. You expand with persistent makers like Squirrel Nest, Chitterspitter and Scute Swarm, amplify with Doubling Season, Primal Vigor and anthems such as Squirrel Sovereign and Coat of Arms, then close with Craterhoof Behemoth, Overwhelming Stampede or Preposterous Proportions. A backup infinite line uses Enduring Vitality and Shang-Chi, Master of Kung Fu to tap Squirrels for mana with haste and double them infinitely. Chitterspitter functions as a hidden commander that steadily grows the army.
