Deck overview

This is an Abzan self-mill reanimator deck built around Nethroi, Apex of Death. Because every nonland card is a creature, the deck gets a legitimate companion in Umori, the Collector, turning the entire 99 into a discount engine for creature spells. The core plan is to dump a critical mass of creatures into the graveyard early with self-mill effects, then either mutate Nethroi to reanimate a full 10-power collection of the deck's best utility creatures, or simply outvalue the table with unending recursion, token generation, and death-drain engines. It wins via paired sacrifice loops - notably Saffi Eriksdotter and Viscera Seer plus a drainer such as Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat - and can also close games with repeated mass recursion, Gray Merchant of Asphodel-style devotion swings, and a dense lifetime of divine drafts in favor of reclamation.
