Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf-Treasure midrange combo deck helmed by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. Thorin turns every Dwarf ETB into a Treasure and pumps the team by the number of artifact tokens in play, converting a wide Dwarf board into a lethal combat force. The true engine of the 99 is Magda, Brazen Outlaw, who floods Treasures off tapped Dwarves and converts five Treasures into any artifact or Dragon directly onto the battlefield. Token doublers (Academy Manufactor, Xorn, Elspeth, Storm Slayer) and trigger multipliers (Roaming Throne, Peter Parker's Camera) escalate the Treasure pile into infinite loops with Clock of Omens, table-wide drain via Weftstalker Ardent, or the alternate win of Knuckles the Echidna at thirty artifacts. Primary wins are Magda-assembled combos and alpha-strike combat (especially Dain of the Ancient Halls plus double-strike effects); the deck plays as a fast treasure engine that pivots between combo and overwhelming combat.
