Hatsune Miku SLD Commander Upgrade (duplicated from MTGThoughtcast)

Format: Commander

Commander: Trostani, Selesnya's Voice

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Trostani, Selesnya's Voice is a GW token-populate and lifegain deck. The primary plan is to create creature tokens, use Trostani's life-gain trigger and Soul Warden effects to build a large life total, then convert that life into more tokens and counters via Resplendent Angel, Crested Sunmare, Archangel of Thune, and Aetherflux Reservoir. Secondary paths are a go-wide combat kill with Blossoming Bogbeast, Ghalta and Mavren, or Finale of Devastation, and the Halo Fountain 15-tapped-creature alternate win. Trostani is the engine: her populate ability multiplies tokens and her trigger turns every creature into life. There is no double-faced commander or hidden commander; the deck is built around Trostani's two abilities.
