Commander: Millicent, Restless Revenant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Millicent, Restless Revenant pilots a Spirit tribal token deck that aims to swamp the board with evasive flying spirits and pump them with anthem effects. The primary win condition is combat damage from a wide, buffed spirit army, supplemented by an alternative win via Halo Fountain once fifteen creatures are tapped. The deck generates tokens through the commander's die/combat trigger, Clarion Spirit, Ethereal Investigator, Haunted Library, and Oyobi, Who Split the Heavens, while lords like Drogskol Captain and Supreme Phantom provide +1/+1 and hexproof. Interaction is solid, with a counterspell suite and instant-speed removal, but the deck lacks explosive combos and relies on incremental board development to close out games.
