Deck overview

This Boros control deck leverages Firesong and Sunspeaker to transform red damage board wipes and burn spells into massive life totals and secondary burn triggers. The early game focuses on deploying low-cost mana rocks like Sol Ring, Boros Signet, and Talisman of Conviction to build mana velocity while setting up persistent card flow engines such as The One Ring, Esper Sentinel, and Well of Lost Dreams. On Turns 5 and 6, the deck establishes its win setup by deploying its commander alongside Aetherflux Reservoir or Repercussion. Casting a damage wipe such as Blasphemous Act or Deafening Clarion grants lifelink to the spell, instantly netting 50 to 100+ life and allowing Aetherflux Reservoir to laser all three opponents out of the game on the same turn.
