Deck overview

This competitive Mono-Blue deck helmed by Arcum Dagsson utilizes format-ceiling fast mana and low-cost artifact creatures to deploy its commander on Turns 2–3. Once active, Arcum sacrifices expendable artifact creatures to tutor massive noncreature artifacts directly onto the battlefield. The primary win condition chains Chromatic Orrery and Filigree Sages into infinite mana, allowing the pilot to draw the entire library and eliminate all three opponents with an infinitely large Walking Ballista. If immediate victory is contested, Arcum pivots into oppressive asymmetric stax by tutoring God-Pharaoh's Statue or Portal to Phyrexia on Turn 3. The strategy is reinforced by an elite package of free and one-mana countermagic, providing airtight protection during combo assembly and robust disruption against opposing win attempts.
