Deck overview

This deck is a focused Mardu Outlaw tribal aggro strategy helmed by Olivia, Opulent Outlaw. The primary game plan establishes an early board of low-cost Assassins, Rogues, Mercenaries, and Warlocks during Turns 1 to 3. On Turn 4, Olivia enters the battlefield and converts outlaw combat connections into Treasure tokens. By Turn 6, the deck converts accumulated Treasures into permanent team-wide buffs, placing +1/+1 counters across the board to mount lethal combat pressure. High-efficiency targeted removal spells keep opposing threats at bay, while utility outlaws and sacrifice outlets maintain steady card flow. The deck lacks infinite combos or proactive stax elements, relying instead on clean curve execution, evasive keywords like flying and menace, and scalable combat damage to eliminate opponents sequentially by Turn 8.
