Commander: Madame Hydra

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Madame Hydra leads a Villain-tribal token deck that turns every Villain spell into an extra 2/1 menace token, then wins through tribal anthems and wide combat. Cost reducers like Baron Strucker and Tombstone let the deck chain several Villain spells per turn, while Plan enchantments and connive triggers provide card advantage. There is no reliable infinite combo in the 99; The Masters of Evil is the hidden lord and Plan tutor, and Baron Helmut Zemo is a value recursion payoff. The deck is built to make Madame Hydra the central token engine and to overwhelm opponents with anthemed Villain tokens.
