Deck overview

Brigid, Clachan's Heart commands a high-efficiency Selesnya creature toolbox and combo deck designed to accelerate rapidly and execute game-ending loops. The deck leverages dense 1-drop ramp to deploy its commander or key combo creatures ahead of curve. Once on the battlefield, Brigid transforms into Brigid, Doun's Mind, tapping for mana equal to the number of other creatures controlled. This enables infinite mana loops alongside untap engines like Umbral Mantle and Gauntlets of Light. Alternatively, the deck can bypass the commander entirely using a compact two-card infinite mana combo with Devoted Druid and Swift Reconfiguration. Dense creature and aura tutors guarantee reliable access to pieces, while mana sinks such as Duskwatch Recruiter and Walking Ballista convert infinite resources into immediate same-turn table finishes. Low-cost interactive spells, flash stax pieces like Aven Mindcensor, and efficient protection spells safeguard the strategy, offering a resilient and lethal clock.
