Morcant (DEV) by 9bulletrevolver

Format: Commander

Commander: High Perfect Morcant

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

High Perfect Morcant leads a Golgari Elfball deck that wins by flooding the board with Elf tokens, using Morcant's blight trigger to shrink opposing creatures, and proliferating both -1/-1 counters on opponents and +1/+1 counters on its own Elves. The primary finish is Overwhelming Stampede on a wide board; Elvish Warmaster's overrun activation is a backup. A secondary path is the Devoted Druid + Ivy Lane Denizen + Presence of Gond loop for infinite Elf tokens and counters. There is no double-faced or hidden commander; Morcant is the engine, but the deck can still function through its lords and token makers if he is removed.
