Commander: Alela, Cunning Conqueror

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a tempo-oriented Faerie tribal deck helmed by Alela, Cunning Conqueror. The primary strategy revolves around casting spells on opponent's turns to generate Faerie token threats via Alela's trigger, then using goad to dictate combat and drain life through Obyra, Dreaming Duelist and Faerie Bladcrafter. The deck leverages a dense suite of flash creatures and instant-speed interaction to maximize the number of spells cast per turn cycle, drawing cards from Faerie Mastermind, Wavebreak Hippocamp, Nymris, Oona's Trick ster, and Kindred Disc overy. The primary win condition is combat damage from an ever-growing army of flyers, often capitalized by Notorious Throng for an extra turn and a massive token swarm. Goad effects from Alela and Nettling Nuisance force opponents' creatures to attack each other, clearing the way for your Faeries. The deck has no infinite combos but pressures life totals through incremental drain and evasive beats.
