Deck overview

This is a Grixis amass/spells-matter deck helmed by Saruman, the White Hand, whose trigger grows an Army token with every noncreature spell you cast. The plan is to deploy a suite of cost reducers (Baral, Chief of Compliance, Goblin Electromancer, Haughty Djinn, Mizzix of the Izmagnus, Mindsplice Apparatus) to chain instants and sorceries, amassing a massive Army, then close the game with life-loss burn (Essence Harvest, Soul's Fire, Burning Anger) or a trampling, double-striking combat swing (Temur Battle Rage, Assault on Osgiliath). Secondary engines include Grima, Saruman's Footman for free spell-casting, Sauron, the Dark Lord for amass-plus-draw, and Ovika, Enigma Goliath for goblin generation. The deck is a midrange value pile with no fast combo, relying on incremental Army growth and a single big finisher.
