Deck overview

This Esper control deck harnesses Oloro, Ageless Ascetic to generate consistent lifegain directly from the command zone without needing to cast him. The game plan focuses on stalling opponents through efficient removal, countermagic, and sweepers while converting passive life increments into massive card advantage and board control. The primary win condition revolves around establishing an infinite life drain loop, pairing Exquisite Blood with effects like Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Sanguine Bond, or Enduring Tenacity. Alternative win paths include resolving Peer into the Abyss with Psychosis Crawler or drawing into Laboratory Maniac via Lich's Mastery engines.
