Deck overview

This deck is a classic Phyrexian-themed midrange strategy centered on Atraxa, Praetors' Voice. Its primary game plan is to infect or apply toxic counters to all three opponents early using cheap creatures like Blighted Agent, Ichorclaw Myr, or global spells such as Prologue to Phyresis and Vraska's Fall. Once opponents are poisoned, the deck shifts toward compounding proliferate triggers from Atraxa, Evolution Sage, Flux Channeler, and Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus. High-end threats like Vorinclex, Monstrous Raider and Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite double counter progression and suppress enemy boards, while Ghostly Prison and Norn's Annex buffer incoming combat damage. The deck operates smoothly without requiring infinite combos, steadily ticking opponents up to 10 poison counters by turn 7.
