This Golgari deck is an aristocrats combo deck that wins by draining the table. The primary plan is Chain of Smog plus Witherbloom Apprentice for infinite magecraft triggers, with each copy draining each opponent for 1. Secondary paths use the same drain engines - Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Nadier's Nightblade, Poison-Tip Archer, Enduring Tenacity and South Wind Avatar - fueled by token makers like Sprout Swarm, Awaken the Woods and Chatterfang, or by a persist loop with Melira, Sylvok Outcast, Putrid Goblin, Rendclaw Trow, Phyrexian Altar and The Great Henge. Witherbloom, the Balancer is a cost reducer, not the engine; it gives affinity for creatures to your instants and sorceries and can be cast cheaply with a board, but the deck wins without it.
