Commander: Yahenni, Undying Partisan

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a mono-black value/aristocrats deck built around Yahenni, Undying Partisan's haste, free sacrifice outlet, and +1/+1 growth. The primary game plan is to turn every creature death into an advantage: edict effects make opponents sacrifice, Blood Artist converts those deaths into damage and life, and Yahenni himself grows into the deck's main commander-damage clock. The deck leans on repeatable token engines like Ogre Slumlord, Pawn of Ulamog, and Ghoulish Procession to keep feeding sacrifices, then closes games with an indestructible, oversized Yahenni or with cumulative drain from Blood Artist, Raven Eagle, and Pox Plague. There are no infinite combos in the list; instead, the deck plays a long, grindy attrition game that tries to out-value the table and finish with commander damage once Yahenni is too large to block profitably.
