Deck overview

This Azorius Spirit-tribal deck, helmed by Ranar the Ever-Watchful, is a value-oriented blink/foretell engine that generates incremental advantage through repeated exile-and-return effects. The primary game plan is to deploy Ranar early to reduce foretell costs, then use a dense suite of flicker spells (Ephemerate, Eerie Interlude, Soulherder, Teleportation Circle) to trigger Ranar's token creation and reuse powerful ETBs. The deck wins through combat, amassing a wide board of flying Spirit tokens boosted by anthem effects like Cathars' Crusade, Drogskol Captain, and Empyrean Eagle. Secondary threats include Geist of Saint Traft and Millicent, Restless Revenant for additional pressure. The deck lacks infinite combos and relies on sustained value to outlast opponents.
