Kwain (irl+) by user8273388

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kwain is a low-cost draw accelerant who helps the enchantment shell reach its mana, but the deck is really a pillow-fort value engine. The primary plan is to assemble Shadow of the Second Sun with Court of Vantress and/or Extravagant Replication; each extra upkeep creates additional copy triggers and draw steps, growing geometrically. Win lines are Triskaidekaphile at a thirteen-card upkeep, Twenty-Toed Toad attacking with a 20+ card hand, or animating a critical mass of enchantments via Starfield of Nyx and Hallowed Haunting. Ghostly Prison, Karmic Justice, and instant removal buy the time to get there, while recursion effects keep the engine intact.
