Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Dragon tribal build led by The Ur-Dragon, leveraging its eminence ability alongside efficient ramp and cost reducers to cast massive flying threats ahead of curve. The game plan focuses on establishing mana velocity in the opening turns, deploying enablers like Temur Ascendancy, Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, or Sneak Attack on Turn 4, and initiating devastating combat or direct burn on Turn 5. Opponents face immense pressure from double-striking attacks via Atarka, World Render, exponential swarms from Utvara Hellkite, and ETB damage from Terror of the Peaks and Scourge of Valkas. In addition to overwhelming combat damage, the deck can execute infinite combat steps using Aggravated Assault paired with Savage Ventmaw, Old Gnawbone, or Nature's Will. Robust defensive options like Heroic Intervention, Veil of Summer, and Dragonlord Dromoka protect critical turns against opposing interaction.
