Group Hug by hdanner

Format: Commander

Commander: Ms. Bumbleflower

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Ms. Bumbleflower builds a 'group hug' shell that turns opponent card draws into fuel for +1/+1 counters and card advantage. The primary plan is to assemble the Smothering Tithe + Shrieking Drake loop, using Bumbleflower's triggered ability to draw opponents cards, create Treasures, put infinite counters on the commander, and win via commander damage or a draw-payoff like Scrawling Crawler. Secondary paths include counter-synergy beatdown with Kalonian Hydra, Simic Ascendancy, and value beats. The commander is the engine and the combo piece, so the deck leans on protecting her with counters, Grand Abolisher, and Teferi's Protection. There is no hidden commander.
