Cosmic Spiders by user8254051

Format: Commander

Commander: Cosmic Spider-Man

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Spider tribal combat strategy helmed by Cosmic Spider-Man. The commander grants all other Spiders flying, first strike, trample, lifelink, and haste at the beginning of combat, turning a modest board of reach creatures into an evasive, hard-hitting swarm. The plan revolves around deploying Spiders (many with web-slinging cost reduction), suiting them up with equipment and auras tutored by Sun-Spider, Nimble Webber, and overwhelming opponents through incremental combat damage. Card advantage comes from conditional draw engines like SP//dr, Piloted by Peni and Spider-UK, plus top-deck manipulation from Madame Web, Clairvoyant and Gwenom, Remorseless. There are no infinite combos; victory is achieved by accumulating +1/+1 counters and repeatedly attacking with hasty, flying Spiders. The deck has moderate interaction but relies heavily on the commander for its board-wide evation.
