Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos Outlaw tribal and theft midrange strategy commanded by Laughing Jasper Flint. The primary game plan curves low-mana Assassins, Mercenaries, Pirates, Rogues, and Warlocks during the opening turns, deploying Jasper on Turn 3 to begin exiling and casting cards from opponents' libraries every upkeep. Combat-damage triggers from Grim Hireling, Professional Face-Breaker, and Breeches, Eager Pillager flood the board with Treasure tokens, providing the mana required to cast stolen spells and develop the board. A robust suite of 1-mana redirection spells like Bolt Bend and Return the Favor protects key permanents from removal. The deck converts its accumulating resource advantage into a victory around Turn 7 through sudden alternate win conditions like Revel in Riches, explosive extra-combat chains with Port Razer, or high-output mana sinks such as Cut // Ribbons.
