Commander: Thranduil the Strategist

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Simic Elf-tribal landfall engine built around Thranduil the Strategist. His first ability turns every other Elf into a mana dork ({T}: add {G} or {U}), while his landfall ability makes every land drop create a 1/1 Elf token - two engines that feed each other: play lands make Elves tap Elves for mana cast more Elves and play more lands. Extra-land pieces (Aesi, Tyrant of Gyre Strait, Oracle of Mul Daya, Exploration, Thranduil's Company) and landfall payoffs (Retreat to Coralhelm, Elven Raft-Steerer) accelerate the spiral, and the deck finishes by overrunning the table with a pumped horde: token bursts like Elven Ambush and Elvish Promenade, doubled by Doubling Season, with lords (Elvish Archdruid, Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen, Leaf-Crowned Visionary) and Anduril, Narsil Reforged turning the swarm lethal. Momir Vig, Simic Visionary chained Elf casts into the right creature every turn. There is no infinite combo - the plan is wide-board combat inevitability.
