Deck overview

This is a Temur mutate-value deck built around Illuna, Apex of Wishes. The plan is to protect a non-Human mutate host, ramp into Illuna, and then repeatedly mutate the same permanent so every "whenever this creature mutates" trigger fires at once, exiling cards from the top and dumping permanents into play. The primary win path is a giant flying/trample mutate stack that closes with either commander damage or a table-wide damage spike from Fiery Emancipation and Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar. There are no infinite combos; instead, the deck wins through explosive value chains built on Auspicious Starrix, Etali, Primal Storm, Genesis Ultimatum, and Sunbird's Invocation. The commander is essential to the deck's ceiling, but the rest of the mutate shell can still execute a slower version of the plan if she is answered.
