Deck overview

Lord of the Nazgul is the engine and finisher: the deck plays a long instants-and-sorceries game, turning cheap cantrips and control magic into a growing army of 3/3 menace Wraiths. Secondary paths include Ojer Pakpatiq's rebound to double instants, Nazgul/Changeling Outcast as extra Wraith bodies, and Hullbreaker Horror for tempo. The commander's role is twofold-each spell makes a Wraith, and once nine Wraiths are present, they become 9/9 attackers. The deck wins in one massive evasive combat step, using draw-on-hit and Magecraft effects to chain spells until enough Wraiths exist, then swings with 9/9 flying/menace/fear creatures for lethal.
