Deck overview

This deck is a mono-white Aura Voltron strategy commanded by Light-Paws, Emperor's Voice. The deck aims to deploy its commander on Turn 2 and immediately begin chaining Aura spells on Turn 3. Every Aura cast triggers Light-Paws to search the library for another Aura of equal or lesser mana value, rapidly stacking keyword abilities, massive power and toughness boosts, and resilient defensive layers onto a single creature. By Turn 4, Light-Paws typically attacks with flying, double strike, and high stats from cards like Ethereal Armor, Battle Mastery, and Daybreak Coronet, eliminating opponents one by one with lethal commander damage. Supporting enchantments like Sphere of Safety deter incoming combat damage, while tutorable protection Auras like Timely Ward and Shardmage's Rescue shield the commander from spot removal and sweepers. Although vulnerable to edict effects and mass exile, the deck presents a fast, consistent clock that demands immediate answers from the table.
