Big Boi Sac by ColtonTheNorth

Format: Commander

Commander: Dina, Essence Brewer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Dina, Essence Brewer helms a Golgari value and big-creature build that presses two axes simultaneously: a +1/+1 counter theme and a life-gain/drain subtheme. Dina herself is a card-draw engine (once per turn on sacrifice) and an outlet that turns big sacrificed bodies into pumping counters and life. The deck wins via overwhelming combat from massive tramplers like Kozilek, Butcher of Truth and Stonehoof Chieftain or via life-sapping spells like Exsanguinate and the Enduring Tenacity / drain-from-life-gain loop. Ramp is plentiful (Elvish Mystic, Cultivate, Mana Reflection, Beledros Witherbloom), and it supports high CMC threats.
