Elrond Blink by michaelwynn34

Format: Commander

Commander: Elrond, Moon-Reader

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Elrond, Moon-Reader helms a mono-blue ETB/utility deck that wins by assembling mana-generating blink loops and converting that mana into a permanent-recursion lock. The primary plan is to use Archaeomancer, Peregrine Drake, and Ghostly Flicker with High Tide to make infinite mana, then repeatedly flicker Venser, Shaper Savant or Man-o'-War to remove every opposing permanent. Elrond is a card-draw engine that rewards activating creature abilities, and his second ability doubles as a repeatable flicker. The deck also uses a deep blue interaction suite and several clone/thief effects as alternative routes. The Jill/Shiva flip pair is a utility slot, not a hidden commander.
