Winota B5 Best Marco by Oldimer

Format: Commander

Commander: Winota, Joiner of Forces

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Boros Winota stax deck uses Winota, Joiner of Forces to cheat Humans into play while locking opponents with Rule of Law effects. You attack with cheap non-Humans (Ornithopter, Gingerbrute, Rograkh, Thopter tokens) to trigger Winota, putting hatebears like Archon of Emeria, Thalia, Drannith Magistrate and Ethersworn Canonist directly into play tapped and attacking. Those pieces slow combo and control decks while you build a lethal board with anthems (Blade Historian, Goldnight Commander) and damage doublers (Angrath's Marauders). Secondary wins come from Breath of Fury infinite combat loops assembled via Auratouched Mage and token makers (Legion Warboss, Loyal Apprentice) or Rionya/Combat Celebrant.
