Deck overview

Muerra, Trash Tactician helms an aggressive Gruul creature deck focused on Raccoons and changelings. Muerra accelerates mana production during each precombat main phase based on your Raccoon count while turning high-mana turns into life gain and card advantage through expend triggers. The primary strategy develops early low-cost creatures, leverages Muerra to generate surplus mana, and triggers expend four and eight to sustain hand velocity. The deck closes games through overwhelming combat damage, leveraging Craterhoof Behemoth, Etali, Primal Conqueror, or stacked typal buffs from Vanquisher's Banner and Chronicle of Victory to trample over defending boards.
