Commander: Selenia, the Cursed Heart

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Orzhov deck builds around Selenia, the Cursed Heart as a life-gain multiplier, turning incremental lifegain into overwhelming drain. The primary engine pairs Sanguine Bond or Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose with Exquisite Blood; because Selenia doubles every life gain, the loop escalates quickly once any lifegain trigger fires. A second route uses life-total math: Grievous Wound, Unstoppable Slasher, and Shredder, Shadow Master halve life totals, then Bloodletter of Aclazotz, Wound Reflection, and the Curse token Selenia leaves on death double those losses. The angel tribal shell gives the deck an independent combat plan, using lifelink flyers, myriad effects from Blade of Selves and Legion Loyalty, and Angel of Destiny as an alternate end-step kill.
