Sultai self-mill value deck built around Teval, who attacks to fill the graveyard, recurs lands, and turns every graveyard-exit into a Zombie Druid. Primary plan: mill aggressively, use Teval and Teval's Judgment to build a token/land engine, then assemble a Gravecrawler + Pitiless Plunderer + Kheru Goldkeeper + Umbral Collar Zealot loop, with Syr Konrad draining each opponent.
