Deck overview

This Naya (red-green-white) deck is an Equipment/Voltron strategy built around Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER, a haste legend that draws a card for every equipped attacker and creates two Treasures when its power is 7 or greater. The plan is to suit Cloud - or backups like Tifa, Martial Artist, Sephiroth, Fallen Hero, and Vincent, Vengeful Atoner - with massive Equipment such as Colossus Hammer, Wrecking Ball Arm, and Bladehold War-Whip, then attack immediately and chain extra combats from Tifa, Martial Artist into lethal commander damage or table-wide burn from Vincent, Vengeful Atoner. A supporting cast - Puresteel Paladin, Professor Hojo, Cloud, Midgar Mercenary, Firion, Wild Rose Warrior - supplies card draw, equip-cost discounts, haste, and Equipment tutoring. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through repeated overwhelming combat, protected by hexproof/indestructible Equipment and instant-speed wipe protection like Clever Concealment.
