This deck is a high-synergy Mardu Vampire tribal build commanded by Edgar Markov. It leverages Edgar's Eminence ability to create a 1/1 Vampire token whenever a Vampire spell is cast, creating a wide board presence from the command zone without mana investment. The deck curves low with 1- to 3-drop creatures, establishing 5 to 6 bodies by Turn 4.
