hulk smash by rabbitx

Format: Commander

Commander: Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bruce Banner's front face is a card-draw engine, but the deck is built around The Incredible Hulk. The plan is to ramp, cast Bruce, use his tap-draw to find pieces, then transform into Hulk and trigger his Enrage with cheap damage sources such as Caltrops, Extra Arms, Gelectrode, or Raging Regisaur. Once Hulk attacks and is dealt damage, he untaps and grants an additional combat phase, which repeats for as many combat phases as needed. Hulk's +1/+1 counters and trample turn those extra combats into a commander-damage kill. Protection spells and free interaction keep the loop intact; without Hulk the deck has no other way to win.
