Deck overview

This deck is a high-speed Gruul combo and storm engine centered on Etali, Primal Conqueror. It leverages hyper-dense fast mana, dorks, and explosive rituals like Treasonous Ogre, Orcish Lumberjack, and Jeska's Will to cast Etali as early as Turn 2 or 3. Upon entering the battlefield, Etali casts four nonland cards for free from across the table. The deck exploits this trigger using cheap copy spells like Molten Duplication, Twinflame, and Heat Shimmer to repeatedly cascade through libraries. It houses two dedicated infinite combos: Food Chain with Squee, the Immortal to repeatedly cast Etali and exile all opposing libraries, and Dualcaster Mage with Twinflame to generate infinite hasty attackers. Resilient backup lines via Underworld Breach and uncounterable protection like Hexing Squelcher and Veil of Summer ensure consistent finishes under competitive pressure.
