New Untitled Deck by shotzbender

Format: Commander

Commander: Astarion, the Decadent

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Astarion, the Decadent pilots an Orzhov vampire lifedrain deck that converts every life payment and gain into lethal attrition. The primary plan is to assemble a directed life-loss loop: Exquisite Blood paired with Vito, Sanguine Bond, Marauding Blight-Priest, or Bloodthirsty Conqueror drains each opponent while refilling your life total. Astarion accelerates this by doubling your end-step life swings. Backup wins come from Felidar Sovereign, Aetherflux Reservoir, and large Exsanguinate or Blood Tribute. Tutors and heavy card draw find combo pieces; recursion keeps them coming back. The commander is a value engine rather than a prerequisite, letting the deck operate normally even if he remains in the command zone.
