Deck overview

This deck uses Ratadrabik of Urborg to turn dying legendary creatures into nonlegendary Zombie copies. Sacrifice outlets such as Warren Soultrader, Bontu the Glorified, and Fleshtaker convert those deaths into Treasures, scrying, life loss, or other value. Blood Artist, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, Morbid Opportunist, and Pitiless Plunderer reward the resulting creature turnover, while reanimation spells restore important legends. The plan is flavorful and can build a strong midgame board, especially when Gandalf the White doubles legendary permanent triggers. Its main weakness is that the copy tokens are not legendary, so the central ability does not loop by itself. The deck has limited tutoring, substantial tapped-land friction, little stack interaction, and no supported compact win. It is best played as a value-oriented sacrifice deck that attacks through attrition and token combat rather than as a deterministic combo deck.
