Deck overview

This Jeskai deck is an aggressive, tempo-oriented tribal build commanded by Captain America, Team Leader. The primary game plan focuses on curving out efficient Hero creatures that immediately gain +1/+1 counters, vigilance, and haste upon entering the battlefield. This allows the deck to apply relentless combat pressure while triggering combat-based card draw engines such as SP//dr, Piloted by Peni and Araña, Heart of the Spider. The deck scales its damage output using powerful combat amplifiers like War Machine, Avenging Arsenal, Captain America, Wings of Freedom, and Herald of Secret Streams to push through lethal attacks. A robust suite of board protection spells, including Teferi's Protection, Clever Concealment, and Flawless Maneuver, defends the aggressive board state against opposing sweepers. Asymmetric board resets like Raise the Palisade and Cyclonic Rift break board stalls to secure clean multiplayer finishes by Turn 7.
