Cloud ex b2 by phynoz

Format: Commander

Commander: Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Cloud, Ex-SOLDIER leads a Naya equipment-voltron build that aims to cast the commander on curve, exploit its haste to attack immediately, and snowball card advantage and treasures from its attack trigger. The primary win condition is commander damage-suited up with a Colossus Hammer or Buster Sword-backed by extra combats from Tifa, Martial Artist and a multi-opponent damage sweep from Vincent, Vengeful Atoner once his power reaches 7. A dense package of cost-reducers (Bureau Headmaster, Cid, Freeflier Pilot, Danitha Capashen, Paragon), free-equip enablers (Sigarda's Aid, Puresteel Paladin), and card-draw engines (Sram, Senior Edificer, Puresteel Paladin) provides strong redundancy. The deck also includes resilient recursion via Aerith, Last Ancient and Unfinished Business, and a modest interaction suite built around spot removal and board wipes rather than countermagic.
