Deck overview

This deck is a 5-Color Midrange strategy helmed by Kenrith, the Returned King. It focuses on ramping into high-impact creatures and leveraging Kenrith's versatile toolbox of activated abilities. By fixing mana through cards like Bloom Tender, Faeburrow Elder, and Chromatic Lantern, the deck deploys massive threats such as Lord of Extinction, Atraxa, Grand Unifier, Zetalpa, Primal Dawn, and Bane of Bala Ged. Kenrith acts as an engine piece, granting haste and trample for immediate pressure, distributing +1/+1 counters, drawing cards, and reanimating key creatures from the graveyard. Secondary synergies include stealing opposing boards with Willbreaker and fog locks via Spore Frog. The deck closes games through overwhelming combat damage and burn from Chandra's Ignition or Crackle with Power. However, a lack of low-cost interaction and dedicated tutors makes the deck vulnerable to fast combo strategies and heavy board wipes.
