Deck overview

This deck is a Temur Dragon tribal powerhouse commanded by Ureni of the Unwritten. The strategy focuses on accelerating through early mana dorks, land ramps, and Dragon cost reducers to cast Ureni or cheat it out early. Once Ureni enters and attacks, it digs eight cards deep to cheat massive Dragons directly onto the battlefield. Paired with ubiquitous haste enablers like Dragon Tempest and Temur Ascendancy, Ureni immediately floods the board with game-ending threats such as Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Terror of the Peaks, Utvara Hellkite, and Atarka, World Render. The deck also packs a compact infinite combat loop using Aggravated Assault with Savage Ventmaw or Klauth, Unrivaled Ancient. High-efficiency protection spells like Fierce Guardianship and Deflecting Swat safeguard the board against disruption, allowing the deck to close games via massive airborne combat damage within one turn of deployment.
